Application for FULL-Time Positions
Please fill out this application only if you are applying for a Full Time Position.  This is a savable PDF form to where you can save it and finish it at your convenience.  Please make sure to fill out the red boxes which are required information and will not be able to submit your application unless they are filled out. If a field is required but doesn't apply to you, please respond with "NA." Once you are ready to send your completed application make sure to  save your application to your computer first.

After you have it saved, you can print and fax it along with your resume to 210-738-3195 (make sure to sign the documents in the application before faxing) OR attach the completed application to an email along with your resume and send it to jgamboa@usgotpeople.com

If you emailed your application, print out the pages that require a signature only, sign them and fax them to 210-738-3195, Attention: Ms. Gamboa. You are also free to scan them once they are signed and send them through email. 

*As a precaution, you are encouraged to print out the whole application after you have completed it in case we fail to receive your application the first time you have sent it in*

Once the consultant has followed up with you and have set up an interview, please bring with you your completed W4 form and I9 form, along with the following:
  • 2 forms of ID- drivers license & social security card (or substitution)
  • Professional license or license # if you do not have a hard copy
  • TB skin test result, within the past year
  • CPR (signed)- current
  • Transcript of your last educational institution attended
