Engineer with experience in facility condition assessments
This position may be required to develop preventative maintenance maintenance schedule recommendations for the various infrastructure systems throughout the facility, prepare Property Condition Assessment Reports. Plan and execute site observations of all building types and systems, prepare and review reports for clients, prepare a report describing the observations and opinions as to current condition of components along with approximated replacement costs. |
