A San Antonio office with an established patient base and that has been in business for over 20 years is looking to add an associate dentist to the staff.

Facility:
Office is a stand alone structure with 8 op rooms.  On staff are 5 dental assistants, 1 office manager, and 1 dental hygienist.  Patient files are in hard copy and on the network.  Office uses Mogo software.
Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 5 and Friday 8:30 - 1
Office typically sees 15 - 20 patients per day, but there is a high demand to provide additional coverage.  Some lab work is done "in-house."

Patients:
This office provides service to primarily "blue-collar" patients. Mostly pay-for-service adults.  Office does offer some medicaid coverage, but this only accounts for approximately 15% of the patient load.  Office does accept some insurance, but very limited.  Patients require a varying array of dental care.  Office provides a large amount of endodontic care and doesn't refer out very many cases.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be able to provide a high level of production without sacrificing patient care. Patient Care is the first and foremost requirement.  
Provide some endodontic skills.
Work until 7pm one day a week and one Saturday a month. Scheduling is negotiable and is only to provide extra coverage to patients who absolutely cannot make an appointment during normal office hours.

Compensation:
Based on production and open to negotiation.

Ideally, the right candidate will begin as an associate and transition to a partner.  We are willing to consider candidates of all experience levels.
Some Spanish speaking skills would be an asset but this is not a requirement.
